entrants who were able to pass minimum
competency level in National Unified Examinations 2013 but were not enrolled on
any educational program in accordance with a ranking document, are able to
register again from October 21 until November 3, 2013 on the following web-site http://registration.emis.ge/index.php?module=naec.
