The goal of the seminar is to share experience, introduce successful projects and strengthen different components of vocational education, namely: vocational education quality enhancement, encouragement of social partnership, strengthening of practical component in accordance with labor market demands,  involvement of private sector, perfection of professional standards and qualification, qualification rising of human resource (teachers, administrative staff and upper-level managers) etc.

The participants are able to familiarize themselves with systems of vocational education in Germany, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. Cultural activities and educational tours to various institutions are planned within the framework of the project in order to introduce material-technical conditions of the institutions, vocational educational programmes  and facilities for the practical component.

With the aim of encouraging employment of vocational students and meeting labor market demands, a representative from the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs will make a presentation on employment policy implementation in Georgia. Next step of the inter-cooperation project is a visit to Germany. During the visit, international experts will introduce German dual system of vocational education to the representatives from Georgia,  Armenia and Azerbaijan.
