Incorporation of the Ministry units in eflow system has been under way since 2013. At present, all legal entities of public law, educational resource centers and all public schools of Tbilisi,  Kvemo Kartli, Shida Kartli, Imereti, Guria, Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti and Mtskheta-Tianeti.

Representatives of the Ministry are visiting Samtskhe-Javakheti on November 8-9 in order to conduct trainings.  

Later, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Kakheti and Ajara public schools, vocational institutions and higher education institutions will join the system.

Within eflow system, correspondence is automatically sent to the recipient after signing, consequently there is no need to send the documents via postal service. 

The training on eflow program is conducted by the staff of Chancellery Division and Education Management Information System.
