The goal of the meeting was to define existing and possible risks and to prepare Strategic Plan 2014-2016 and Annual Plan 2014 based on risk analysis.
Strategic Plan 2014-2016 emanates from long-term goals of the Ministry and encompasses a three-year period. Active participation and approaches of structural units and Heads of LEPLs is very important in the process.
A presentation was made on the topic of “The essence of Financial Management and Control and Importance of Internal Audit in the Ministry”. Each Head talked about the ongoing and planned programs, needs and obstacles in the structural units.
