The Commission members discussed main directions of the State Strategy on social and economic development of the conflict-affected population: plant-growing, cattle-breeding, agriculture machinery, encouraging business etc.  

Special programs of additional financing for the students from villages near the demarcation line were also discussed during the session. In total 379 applications for financing have been registered so far. 236 are BA student, 11 Master students and the remaining 132 students who are being financed within various State programs.

The Governmental Commission have come to the decision to give opportunity to eligible students who live in the villages located near the demarcation line, to apply to the local authority within the period of 10 days in order to  receive financing. Deadline for application is February 7.
