The goal of the contest is to develop new educational programs relevant to requirements of market labor or to finance proposals of updating present programs in sectors science, engineering, technologies, agriculture and tourism.

A full budget of the grant contest is 12 million US dollars. Each grant cost can be from 300,000 US dollars to 3 million US dollars. Public and private educational establishments, universities and colleges, companies, nongovernmental organizations or other legal bodies which aim at or already have practice in professional study end educational field can participate in the contest. 

On the basis of analysis of the situation in the field of education and primary suggestions the main goals of grant contest were defined and transparent procedures of evaluation and casting were developed.

One of the main requirements of the grant contest is participation of business and employers in the project (co-financing is also welcome). Grant contests must meet international standards of environment, social, health, safety and gender equality.

Process of application is of two stages: 1) representing the concept of a project; 2) full application form (only for applicants chosen on the first stage). The deadline of the application of project conception is September 14, 2015.
