The ministry of Internally Displaced People from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees, organized an event where IDP livelihood action plan was discussed. The meeting was attended by The Deputy Ministers of Refugees and Accommodation Grigol Giorgadze and Shota Rekhviashvili, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Lia Gigauri and other government representatives.

The original version of the working plan was developed by the expert of the European Union through the consultations with appropriate agencies, local and international organizations.

The ministry of Education and Science of Georgia was actively involved in processing the working plan at every stage. The goal of the ministry is to support developing of this plan in the direction of the vocational education, which provides the refugees with getting available, government-funded professional education.
