Rewarding the excellent pupils continues. The excellent pupils of Guria region public schools were presented with personal computers By the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Tamar Sanikidze.

In 2015, within the framework of the pupils’ encouragement program, 1970 successful students will be awarded throughout the whole country. The beneficiaries of the program are public school pupils who completed the basic level (7th, 8th and 9th grades) in 2014-2015 academic year and their level point is 10 (without rounding).

It should be noted that in the recent years the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia has been implementing variety of projects for teaching quality improvement. Accordingly, number of the excellent pupils is increasing every year. Respectively, this number has been increased in Guria region as well, 47 pupils were awarded this year.
