Teachers with the higher education have a unique opportunity to undergo a special program and upon starting a job as a teacher in any given school, be given the head teacher's status. The goal of the State is to attract the best, motivated and enthustiastic teachers and at the same time to abolish the problem of non-qualified teachers in the regions of Georgia. 

A prerequisite for the applicants’ admission is the clearance in examination for the corresponding subject, assessed by the National Assessment and Examination Center. To pass the subject exam, all applicants must be registered electronically on the following websites: www.naec.gov.ge and online.naec.ge. At the same time, the registration is also required to at the educational resource center up to April 13 with the necessary documentation: (1.ID copy; 2. A copy of government- certified education certificate).

Financial support will be declared by the government in accordance with the quota. Upon the successful completion of the Teacher Training Program, the student is issued with the certificate, confirming the teachers' qualifications and the right to teach.
