The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, during a period of four years, within the scope of the Memorandum, has been successfully cooperating with the Ministry of Penitentiary and Probation in terms of providing vocational training for the convicts. This cooperation continues, as per the new Memorandum signed on March 21, 2019, which foresees an active implementation of rehabilitation and re-socialization programs for the convicted citizens of Georgia.
