The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia - Mikheil Batiashvili held a special briefing regarding the personnel changes at the Ministry and presented the staff changes to the public and the heads of the LEPL selected by the competition on the coresponding vacant positions.

Natia Zedginidze-Jishkariani has a 20 year experience in working as a private and public sector manager. He worked at the Parliament of Georgia and occupied the position as the Head of the Office of the Environment and Natural Resources Committee. She has a great academic experience in various higher education institutions of Georgia. He participated in many professional development programs including George Washington, Maastricht University and others.

Zviad Gabisonia, a candidate for legal sciences, graduated from Bremen and Bonn University, has undergone scientific internship at Munich Ludwig-Maximilian University.

Berika Shukakidze, who is the director of the National Center for Teacher Professional Development, has a doctorate degree in the field of education and is awarded with a Master's degree in Education Management and Supervision in the Ebraski State University.

Berika Shukakidze has 23 years of experience in education. As an associate professor, he read lecture courses in different higher education institutions and lead a variety of education management and research programs. Additionally, he is the author of many articles and is the head of research project.

Giorgi Vashakidze, the director of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, is a scholarship holder of Alfred Topper Foundation, Hamburg University, Max Planck University, and Edmund Simers Foundation. He is the author of many monographs, research and articles. During his tenure at the University of Hamburg he has received a PhD degree in Law.

Giorgi Vashakidze has 10 years of work experience at international, private and public management positions. In different higher education institutions, he has been an academic for nine years. Was an expert at UNDP and a member of the Council of the Rustaveli National Science Foundation.

Sophio Gorgodze, a new director of the National Assessment and Examination Center, has 14 years of experience in the education system.  During the course of education education, she held senior positions in advisory services in both public and non-governmental sectors and international organizations. Sophio Gorgodze worked at various times as the Georgian delegate at the Council of Europe's General Education Committee. In addition, she was co-founder and co-chair of the Harvard University student organization. Furthermore, she has published a number of publications and articles in the field of education, international and local editions.

Sophio Gorgodze has a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard University.
