Gldani Vocational College hosted an employment forum where thirty-five business companies submitted more than 500 active vacancies on the local labour market from services, trade, hotel and restaurant, industrial, transportation, logistics, construction, insurance and healthcare.
All the interested stakeholders, including college graduates and students, had the opportunity to get full information about the desired vacancy directly from potential employers, to demonstrate their skills and to find out the details of future cooperation on the spot. Visitors to the forum could also get acquainted with the current professional programs at Gldani College.
The event was implemented by the State Employment Promotion Agency together with the local self-government. The forum was opened by Tamar Kitiashvili, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia and Tamila Barkalaia, Deputy Minister of Refugees, Labour, Health and Social Affairs from the Occupied Territories.
