Education:

1992: Graduated from the 100^th Secondary School, Tbilisi.

1998: Graduated with honours in Jurisprudence from the Faculty of Law, Tbilisi State University.

2001: Graduated from Tbilisi State University's Faculty of Economics with a degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit.

1999-2002: Completed postgraduate studies in Legal Theory and Constitutional Law at Tbilisi State University's Law Faculty.

2005: Successfully defended thesis to obtain the Candidate of Legal Sciences degree

2007: Awarded a Doctor of Law degree.

Work Experience:

1998-2002: Served as Specialist, Head Specialist, Head of Parliamentary Faction's Office in the Georgian Parliament.

2003: Member of the Central Election Commission.

2005-2007: Served as the Head Specialist, Division Head, and Deputy Department Head at the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia.

2008-2010: Head of the Legal Department at JSC "Privatbank".

2011: Advisor to the Director of the National Center For Educational Quality Enhancement  of Georgia and to the Chancellor of the Technical University of Georgia

2018-2019: Chairman of the Appeal Board at the National Center For Educational Quality Enhancement  of Georgia

2012-2021: Rector and Chairman of the Academic Council at Tbilisi Open University.

Lecturer at Tbilisi Open University, Davit Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia, and Guram Tavartkiladze University.

Currently a Professor of Constitutional Law at SEU of the National University of Georgia.

Publications:

Co-author of three books.

Author of 14 scientific works.

Research focuses on constitutional law, fundamental rights, civil liberties, and municipal law.
