Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini visited Tbilisi Komarov School of Physics and Mathematic. Minister congratulated schoolchildren on the beginning of the new semester and observed the newly rehabilitated hostel. He also attended the lesson, which was conducted with the help of interactive board.

The works to improve the infrastructure of the school started in summer and lasted till winter 2012. The school hostel has been fully rehabilitated. The schoolchildren from regions will be able to live at renovated hostel.

Rehabilitation works will continue in summer 2012. From the beginning of the new academic year, renovated Physics-Mathematical school will host school events of international level. Schoolchildren of Komarov School are very successful and have high scores in the National and International School Olympiads and various competitions. Most importantly, they have excellent results at the National Unified Exams. From the next academic year, they will be able to study at school that will be equipped in accordance with modern standards.
