Professor
of Tbilisi State Medical University and Associated Professor of Neurology of
George Washington University Zurab Nadareishvili was awarded United States
National Institute of Health Fogarty International Center grant for scientific
research.
The Georgian scientist currently manages Johns Hopkins Hospital (USA)
Stroke Center and at the same time works on important research financed by
Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation together with other Georgian
scientists.
Zurab Nadareishvili along with other Georgian scientists is author of 25
scientific works published in leading medical journals. He is also engaged in
active pedagogical activity.
Zurab
Nadareishvili, certified winner of American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
award, holder of U.S. Department of Health prize, top Johns Hopkins Hospital
doctor-consultant, often comes to Georgia to meet with Georgian patients and also
hosts colleagues, scientists and students from Georgia visiting the USA.
