A presentation of the winners of the "Competition Financing of 2016 Doctoral Education Program Grants" announced by the Georgian National Science Foundation and was held at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia.
"The development of science within the reforms and involvement of young scientists is one of the top priorities. Therefore, I am glad that many young doctoral students are involved in studies. Within the ongoing reforms we will continue actively encouraging science and supporting them along the way "- Mikheil Batiashvili.
The competition was announced in April and up to 160 project applications were submitted. After evaluation, 54 projects have been selected to funding.
