The Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, Nodar Papukashvili hosted the parliamentary delegation of the Republic of Malawi, which was headed by the President of the Eastern and Southern Africa Parliamentary Group - Dr. Ben Malunga Phiri.
Nodar Papukashvili introduced the ongoing reforms at all levels of education on the Malawi side, and he paid special attention to the steps taken to promote the development of professional education.
Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of deepening the cooperation between the two countries and the implementation of joint projects, including the possibility of education for Malawian students in Georgia.
At the end of the meeting, the representatives of the delegation positively assessed the educational projects implemented in Georgia and expressed their readiness to expand cooperation with the Georgian side.
