With the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, Information Technology Center - Mziuri together with Georgian Technical University and National Youth Palace will conduct mathematical competition - "Imedi Khvalis - 2018".

The purpose of the competition is to identify children awarded with mathematical talents at an early age.

Participants: Students of III-VI grade of Tbilisi secondary schools.

Participation in the competition is completely free of charge.

The winners will be awarded with certificates and valuable gifts.

Terms of the competition:

-          Participants are split into two age groups: "Senior Age" - V and VI grade, "Junior Age" - III and IV grade.

-          Competition comprises of two major rounds. The winner of the first round qualifies to the second round

-          A team participating in both round is given 5 tasks to complete in two hours

-          Sample tasks and problems will be published on the following websites: http://concurs.mziuri.ge and http://imedi.mziuri.ge

-          Website holds the reports of the last 8-12 rounds of the competition.

Date of the competition: First, round - 3 June. The date of the second round and the award ceremony will be announced after the first round is finalized.

Registration deadline: The registration has already started and ends at 2 pm on 2 June 2018.

Registration is required in order to participate in the competition. The date and time of the competition will be indicated during the registration process.

Registration is possible both individually and in-group - according to the form provided by schools (paper or electronic).

It is desirable to allocate a contact to coordinate with the competition organizers.
