With the financial support and organization of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, the "Young Scientists for a Better Future of the Planet" week is currently underway.
As part of this week, a conference titled "Focus Horizon on Europe" was convened, drawing participation from Georgian and foreign researchers. The event featured a presentation from the Horizon Europe National Office and discussions among attendees centred on collaborative scientific research, challenges in the scientific field, and prospects for enhancing international cooperation and research internationalization.
Various activities are scheduled throughout the Young Scientists Week, including panel discussions, scientific forums, and international conferences for young scientists. Partnerships involve the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission, and Horizon Europe representatives in Georgia, alongside the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, research institutes, and higher education institutions.
The annual Young Scientists Week aims to elevate Georgian researchers, foster international collaborations, and inspire student engagement in scientific pursuits.
