In order to increase the quality of general education in Georgia, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, has integrated various existing challenging subjects such as; human rights, gender equality, a healthy lifestyle, and reproductive health into the current national curriculum. The above mentioned is a remarkable success for the tangible implementation of the national Youth Policy.
Alexander Tevzadze - the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia and Carmen Schehan – the Acting director of the US Peace Corps in Georgia, have signed a new five-year memorandum of cooperation. Signing of the Memorandum will further deepen the relations with the United States, thus promoting the knowledge and learning of the English language in the regions of Georgia.

Millennium Challenge Account - Georgia has awarded the winners of a grant competition for promoting industry participation in the vocational education sector within the scope of the "Vocation Education for Economic Development" project. The project is financed by the US Millennium Challenge Corporation, within the $ 140 million compact between the governments of the United States and Georgia.
