The First Deputy Minister, Koka Sepherteladze, awarded the winners of the contest“The goal of my life”. The contest was organized in two rounds for two age groups (VII-IX; X-XII-th graders) and up to 100 000 schoolchildren participated in it.

of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini met the winner of the TV show “Imedis Gmiri”,
Professor of Teheran University, Philology of Georgian language Said Muliani. Minister
presented Said Muliani with net-books and text-books for the Georgian Sunday
School founded by Said Muliani in Freidan.

Kirkitadze opened one more Georgian Language House in Marneuli. The modern
building equipped with all necessary assets has been specifically built for
Georgian Language House.

an official visit in Switzerland. In the scope of the visit Minister
Dimitri Shashkini, Director-General of European Organization for Nuclear
Research (CERN) Rolf-Dieter Heuer and Director of Joint Institute for
Nuclear Research (JINR), signed the document of Joint Co-operation in
High-Energy Physics and Related Technologies.
