First Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Irine Abuladze held a working meeting with the Regional Representation of the European Investment Bank (EIB) in the South Caucasus, which aimed to discuss the future involvement of the European Investment Bank in the complex education reform.

The General Civic Movement "Multinational Georgia" is implementing a program aimed at sharing Georgia's experience in carrying out reforms in Armenia.

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli, together with Nikoloz Chkhetiani - Chairman of the Board of the Cartu Foundation, Tamar Gabunia - First Deputy Minister of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, Alexander Tevzadze - Rector of Kutaisi International University, and representatives of Cartu Foundation - Vakhtang Tsagareli and Irakli Katsadze, attended the Proton Therapy International Symposium (ISOP 2020) in Lyon. The delegation discussed the project of Hadron Therapy Center on Kutaisi International University with the Symposium attendees and examined its overall importance to the region. 

Ekaterine Dgebuadze, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia handed over new approved textbooks to the VII grade students of Tbilisi №202 Blind Children's Public School, assembled in Braille and printed with terrain drawings.

Within the framework of the Sports Marketing Certification Course of the leading organization of sports management and marketing, La Liga Business School, the participants of the course were read by the director of the Business School, Jose Moia Gomez and the Director of Marketing, Eduardo Legendre. They talked about the importance of sports marketing and its growing role in today’s world. In addition, the course participants shared their experiences.

Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University held a presentation of small films created for the promotion of agrarian vocations at the College of Media and Television Arts.

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli, within the framework of his visit to Strasbourg, held a working meeting with the leadership of the University of Strasbourg and introduced them to the concept of Kutaisi International University and the Center for Hadron Therapy. During the meeting, the parties discussed the future cooperation plans in the scientific-research areas.

Mikheil Chkhenkeli, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia, together with the President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili, presented a unique English-language scientific work “Georgia/ Georgia. History. Culture. Ethnography”  in Strasbourg. During the event, Mikheil Chkhenkeli addressed the representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the invited esteemed guests and spoke about the importance of the book.

Ekaterine Dgebuadze, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia held an introductory meeting with the representatives of the museums of Georgia about the non-formal art support project "School Museum" in the current "New School Model" within the scope of the education reform.
