academic year began on September 20 at Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State
University. Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Dimitri Shashkini and
Acting Rector of TSU, Aleksandre Kvitashvili congratulated the students on the
beginning of the new academic year.
