Internal football match was held between the teams of Tbilisi Public School №64 in the scope of the President’s initiative on sports popularization. Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Irine Kurdadze observed the final match. U.S. Marines attended the match at Public School №64 as well.
Director of the National Center for Education Quality Enhancement of MES, David Kereselidze and the representatives of the Center visited Kutaisi School №45 for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children and presented the children with sweets, domestic items, TV, DVD player, CDs of their favorite cartoons and different gifts on St. Barbara’s Day.

3 teachers were awarded with prizes for the given best lessons through the netbook. MES and National Center for Teacher Professional Development announced competition of the best lesson for the class tutors being involved in the pilot program Netbooks for the First Graders.
