Today, Tamar Sanikidze, Minister of Education and Science of Georgia awarded winners of School Subjects Olympiads with money prizes and diplomas. For the first time this year, up to 80 teachers of winning pupils were awarded with diplomas of appreciation.

The aim of the expert’s visit is to observe and assess the Project which is carried out by Buckswood School Tbilisi in partnership with Great Britain Buckswood School.

Today a summarizing briefing was held in National Examination Center. It was emphasized that the examinations process has passed without complications. Only 2 entrants and 3 teachers were dismissed for procedural violations. 2% of entrants, 13% of teachers, 11% of Master course candidates and 8% of those who wished to improve grant conditions haven’t showed up on the examinations.
