The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia – Aleksandre Jejelava has awarded 218 successful students of Tbilisi public schools in Didube-Chughureti, Gldani-Nadzaladevi and Old Tbilisi with personal computers.

During the meeting, the sides touched the issues of higher and vocation education, in conjunction with sharing each others’ experience.

The first two-day conference of the European Eastern Partnership Electronic Infrastructure was held in Tbilisi. During the first session of the conference, The Minister of Education and Science – Aleksandre Jejelava, the general director of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation – Marine Chitashvili, and a member of European Commission Directorate (via video call) – Laurence Meredith addressed the participants.

The Minister of Education and Science – Aleksandre Jejelava, the Deputy Minister – Lia Gigauri and the director of the Teachers Professional Development Center – Giorgi Machabeli congratulated the festive occasion to more than 100 successful teachers.

The new fully renovated vocational college “Aisi”, located in Alvani village, Akhmeta district equipped with the newest technologies and training facilities has resumed its functioning, after rehabilitating its infrastructure.
